Gameplay is as expected if you've played, and liked, the previous ones, and it's had a few improvements added too. BUT, it feels much more like the cash grab element for coins to get shards to then get cards, is always present. Especially with the 'fatigue tax' to stop you from grinding in-game cash. Disgraceful. I preferred the random shop in the old games, and skilling up cards by using them.

I love the new art style for this game, it adds a lot of character to some wrestlers that looked a little bland in the old art style. The commentators are a cool edition, it makes watching the matches play out slightly more entertaining. Now the cons. Due to the lack of many designated "Ladies" matches, I often just forget to use them because they are miniscule part of my roster in the early game, and this game is the easiest of the 3 to get burnt out from because of how slow it is to build up.

I've been enjoying the game so far, I unfortunately had a glitch where the game rolled me back a few days, and I lost my progress. After speaking with support, they helped me out and now Im progressing normally again, thanks guys!

I really like the game, but unlocking shards to get wrestlers and then having to get enough in game money to buy them feels kind of like double dipping, especially if you change eras and end up without a sponsor. I end up earning under 100 bucks a show, I end up using all the influence tokens, but now all the remaining wrestlers are cash only, as the cheapest ones I currently can get are still 25,000, and I have about 7k. It feels Glacially slow. I will adjust this if addressed

it's okay. I'm a bit disappointed my favorite character from modern mania gm isn't in it. the gun slinger

I've played the other GM games the developers made and I think this is more unique than the others, it was really fun to play through.

Pay to win. Play the old ones instead.

I'm changing my review of Eras of Wrestling from 1 star to 5 stars because I finally found out how to get to the Territory Era and I'm having so much fun playing this game now 😄💖. The game is still pay to play but, if you spend just a little bit of cash, this game is worth it. For people wondering how to get to the Territory Era, you have to play one full in game year and then every Era unlocks. If people will stick with this game and unlock the different Eras, the game really is a lot of fun.

the old games where amazing and the grind was manageable for free to play. even then the developer made the game so accessible that i would buy stuff to help the developers. this game went in the complete opposite direction , all content is all stuck behind a pay wall more. and grinding is so user unfriendly it kills the game. honestly ill play a few days and uninstall.

Update: The grind has been significantly improved but I'd still prefer some tokens or smth at the end of each year like in MMWGM. I only have one issue now and that's the fact the rerolls sometimes don't work the way they're supposed to. I've rerolled punch your ticket and loser leaves matches and it sticks with the original winner even if I've changed it to the other. I'm assuming this is a bug and it would be nice to see it fixed!
